Plantronics Headset Microphone Not Working

Step 1: Download the Plantronics (now Poly) Hub Software

Start by downloading the Plantronics (now Poly) Hub Software.

Step 2: Connect Your USB Headset

After downloading the software, ensure that your USB headset is correctly plugged into a USB port on your computer.

Step 3: Check for Notifications

Look for “notifications” that should appear in the upper right side of your screen. Click on it.

Step 4: Update

On the next screen, look for the “update” option and click on it.

Step 5: Download and Install Updates

You should now see the option to “download” the updates. Click on it, and you will see it say “downloading.”

In most cases, following these steps should resolve a multitude of issues. By going through this process, you’ll likely end up with a better-performing USB headset.
